By Checking This Box, you acknowledge that when you commence your FIDO service when you arrive in Canada, you will be subscribing to post-paid mobile service. You acknowledge that you have read the FIDO agreement details and the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy available at fido.ca/terms and agree, upon commencing your FIDO service, to be bound by those documents and terms, including the payment of all charges. Your agreement with FIDO will arise when you commence your FIDO service after you arrive in Canada and billing will be as of the arrival date in Canada you provided. A copy of your FIDO agreement will be emailed to you once your mobile service is activated.
